Finding comfortable and appropriate menstrual care options can be especially important for individuals with sensory sensitivities or neurodevelopmental conditions.
This flyer outlines Free Flow NM’s initiative to provide five pairs of reusable period underwear to students and community members across New Mexico, promoting comfort, autonomy, and dignity.

📍 Where to Find Period Pods

Each flyer lists the Period Pods™ available in that area, their host locations, and brief info about how they work. Pods are restocked regularly and accessible to anyone in the community — no forms, no questions, just access.
