Raise $5,000 to support 100 special education students with five pairs of period underwear each.

Direct Donation: Every dollar counts! Your direct donation of any amount brings us closer to our goal. Each $10 contribution purchases one pair of period underwear.

  • $10: Provides 1 pair of period underwear.
  • $50: Provides 5 pairs of period underwear.
  • $100: Provides 10 pairs of period underwear.

Buy 1 Pair, Give 2 Pairs for $35: For $35, you can purchase a pair of period underwear for yourself and provide two additional pairs to students in need. This price also includes shipping directly to you. These specially designed underwear support menstrual care and can be used for light to medium pee leaks. When you choose this option, please provide your size and mailing address during checkout.

Why It Matters

Students with neurodevelopmental conditions, such as autism, intellectual disabilities, and cerebral palsy, face unique challenges during menstruation. Many struggle with changes in routine and sensory sensitivities. Research shows that period underwear is preferred by individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions due to its comfort and convenience.

Free Flow NM’s program aims to address these challenges by providing 5 pairs of period underwear to each special education student in Northern New Mexico. Your support can provide practical and comfortable solutions, allowing these students to focus on their education and personal growth.
